Consideration of Police Merger
Following the retirement notice of Police Chief Swartz, the township began the process of reviewing the financial sustainability of the organization, considered the cost of joining a regional department, and explored what challenges may arise from regionalization.

Public Meeting Notice
The Township will be hosting two meetings to provide information and the opportunity to the public to ask questions and submit their thoughts regarding the consideration of a police merger with York County Regional Police Department.
